On the gym floor we have a great range of equipment so you can train and achieve your fitness goals with us.
Cardio equipment – increase your speed and stamina and give cardio a go. The pulse machines in centre have pre-loaded programmes so you can keep your workouts varied.
Strength equipment – whichever muscle group you’re working, we’ve got machines that will help you take your strength training to the next level.
Free weights and plate loaded equipment – weight loss or muscle gain? Our free weights and plate loaded equipment will help you reach your goals.
Functional training – learnt a new move in a kettlebell class that you want to include in your training? Use our functional training equipment to mix things up.
We welcome new members and those visiting just for the day – come and chat to us at reception about what you’re interested in and we’ll see how we can help.
If you’re aged 13 – 15 years we would need your parent’s permission before you can use the gym. If you’re 16 years or older and not a member with us, we’d need to take a few details before you get started. Please chat to us in the centre for more information.
